Entry and requirements
Entries use a pre-selection process. Competitors must be at least 19 years old on race day. Applicants must detail recent mountain running and scrambling experience for review. Required evidence can include completion of several mountain races or runs of about 30 km or more in the past five years, significant mountain challenges or significant rock climbing experience (for example graded solo scrambling, lead climbing or winter climbing). No climbing experience means no entry. Successful applicants are invited to complete payment to confirm a place. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
