The event takes place on 19 October 2025 at Dalemain Mansion, Penrith, CA11 0HB. It is organised by the Rotary Club of Penrith and is in aid of 4Eden and other good causes supported by the club. Entry opened on 8 May 2025 and closes on 18 October 2025. There were 38 entries recorded at the time of posting.

Race information and facilities

  • 10km Trail Run - two laps around the Dalemain Mansion estate
  • 3.3km Children's Fun Run - one lap on the ground in front of the mansion

Age limits are: the 10km is for those aged 15 years or older; the 3.3km fun run is for children aged 4 to 14 years, and all child entrants must have a responsible adult on site. Entry fees shown are £20.00 for the 10km and £5.00 for the 3.3km. The 10km offers medals for all finishers and commemorative medals for the first three runners and first three veteran runners; the children’s race offers wrist bands for all entrants and commemorative medals for the first three. The course routes are clearly marked and marshalled. Medical cover is provided by BEEP Doctors. Free parking, toilets, and light refreshments in the Dalemain Cafe are available.
