BOFRA - Wasdale

The event takes place at Wasdale Head, West Cumbria (CA20 1EX), on Saturday 10th October 2026. The course climbs to the summit of Kirk Fell and includes a steep ascent and descent.

Kit requirements are enforced. For Under 12 and Under 14 competitors a waterproof jacket with taped seams is compulsory. For Under 17 and Senior competitors a waterproof jacket and trousers with taped seams are compulsory; hat and gloves are also required. No kit means no race; fluorescent jackets without taped seams are not acceptable.

Take on the classic Latrigg fell race in Keswick, Lake District on 13 May 2026, a short but steep 3 mile climb with great views. Entry is available on the day for a small fee on a fully flagged route for runners aged 13 and up.

Tackle the Caw fell race in the Lake District on Wednesday 13 May 2026, 9.3 km with 550 m climb from Broughton Mills. Day of race entry, great views and a classic fell running challenge for all abilities.
