Punk Panther Autumn Headtorch Half

Punk Panther Autumn Headtorch Half is a headtorch trail event on 6 October 2026 at Swinsty Moor Car Park, North Lane, LS21 2NP. The event is organised by Punk Panther Ultra Marathons and uses routes around Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs. The minimum age for entry is 16 and the event has a maximum of 150 entrants. The entry fee listed is £15.00.

Distances:

  • Half Marathon - two laps of Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs, approx climb 800 ft
  • 10 km - one lap of Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs, approx climb 400 ft
  • 5 km - one lap of Swinsty Reservoir, approx climb 200 ft

Registration takes place at the Punk Panther gazebo by the toilet block at the car park entrance. Toilets are available in the car park. The car park is pay and display with a £3 fee for six hours and card payment only. The course will not be taped. Competitors are required to carry a head torch and a mobile phone with the race director’s contact stored and switched on. Water is available at the Punk Panther gazebo after the first lap and at the finish. The finish line is at the edge of the woods before the road into the car park. Every finisher receives a medal.
