Duchy an Dinas 5 takes place on 11 October 2026 at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery in Lostwithiel. The event is limited to 150 runners, lists separate affiliated and unaffiliated entry fees, offers medals for all finishers and free parking.

Trail runs around the Isle of Purbeck from Burnbake Forest near Corfe Castle, featuring 24 km, 12 km and 6 km routes on technical coastal and ridge terrain with one outpost on the half marathon.

Blaze the Biblins on 18 October 2026 is a scenic 10k trail race through ancient woods and riverbanks near Ross on Wye. Expect technical single track, climbs including the notorious Demon hill, and a lively village finish.

Join the Aberfan Memorial Run in Merthyr Tydfil to honour the 1966 victims and support the Aberfan Memorial Charity. Choose 5 km to ultra on a scenic tarmac loop along the Taff Trail with flexible start times and official timing.

Keynsham Dandy is an off road 12.5 mile race in October organised by Town and Country Harriers with race HQ at The New Inn in Keynsham. The route includes the revived Compton Dando section which crosses a stream.

A trail event at Oxwich Bay offering a self-navigation half marathon plus marked 10 km and 5 km routes across coastal paths, woodland and sand dunes, with chip timing, a finisher medal and on-course water stations.

Wight Lines is a mixed terrain coastal run at Milford on Sea with views of the Isle of Wight. Runners choose distances from 5K to ultra marathon and complete 5.3 km laps, with on course aid and a finishers medal for one lap or more.

A 20 km fell race in the Mendip Hills on 25 October 2026, based at the Charterhouse Centre near Blagdon, Bristol. The trail course has about 420 m of climb and offers both pre entry and entry on the day.

Haldon Halloween Twilight Run is held 30 October 2026 at Haldon Forest Park near Exeter, offering 2.5 km, 5 km and 10 km options. The event uses app based timing, includes free race photography and awards for top finishers.

An eight hour timed off road event on a scenic disused railway in Bridestowe on 31 October 2026. Laps are 5.3 km out and back; participants may complete 1 to 14 laps and can receive a medal on finishing.

A trail event at Roadford Lake offering 10K and Half Marathon distances plus canicross options, with chip timing, marked course, feed station and finisher medals. Entry fees range from £24 to £30.

Pilgrim 6 on 31 October 2026 is a 32 km, 1800 m fell event on Pen y Fan with three summit ascents via six different routes; it has classic and 16 kg weighted categories, unmarked navigation, and marshalled control points.

Winter Sugar Loaf is a 9.6 km fell race with 485 m of ascent near Abergavenny on 31 October 2026. The route is partially marked, full WFRA kit is required, and parking is limited.
