Moors Valley Wildwood Trail Series : Overview

The event takes place on Sunday 25 January 2026 at Moors Valley Country Park & Forest, Horton Road, Ashley Heath, Ringwood BH24 2ET. It is a trail running event held on gravel paths through woodland with sections that may be muddy and include short inclines. Wildlife such as deer and birds of prey can be present along the route. Parking is available on site for a fee. The nearest train station is Hinton Admiral, about 6.7 miles away.

Canicross places are available for both distances but are limited. Push-buggies are not permitted.

Event services and restrictions

The course is fully marked and chip timed. There will be aid stations, marshals on route, online results and event photography. The event uses eco-friendly measures, includes an eco wooden finisher medal, and does not use plastic cups at water stations. Age minimums apply: 15 years old for the 10K and 17 years old for the half marathon.
