The Beast

The Beast is a rugged Dorset running event hosted by Poole AC, set on the Purbeck coast near Corfe Castle. The roughly 13-mile undulating route runs from Corfe Castle Common toward Worth Matravers, then along the coastal path with spectacular sea views, before returning to Corfe via a few hills. Four water stations with cups are positioned along the course.

This historic race is part of the Purbeck Trail Series and is TRA-licensed (Race Licence 7587). Open to runners aged 17 and over, no dogs, buggies, or wheelchairs allowed.
