The 24 Cider Challenge

The 24 Cider Challenge is a 24 hour solo running or walking event taking place on 17 July 2026 at Myncen Farm, Minchington, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8DH. The course is an undulating trail across privately owned farmland and includes fields, grass, wild flowers, crops and dusty tracks.

This entry is for solo participants aged 18 years or over. Entrants have 24 hours to complete as many laps as they choose; completing one lap qualifies a participant as a finisher and allows collection of a medal and event goodies. The event organiser also offers a 12 hour night solo challenge and a 12 hour daytime challenge that may be entered solo or by teams of two, three or four.

Camping is available over the weekend of 17 to 19 July 2026. Weekend programming includes a roughly 5k event, the 12 hour night challenge, the 24 hour challenge, a Saturday 12 hour challenge, a Sunday Bell and Bumble Plod, and an Apple Plod of approximately 10k.

Entry is limited to 40 participants for the 24 hour event. Entries close 15 July 2026. Entry fees listed for the 24 hour solo category are £75 for affiliated runners and £77 for unattached runners.
