Practical information

The event is run by Running Adventures and led by an experienced ultra runner and coach. It is organised as a group run rather than a race. Participants are advised to have run at least 22 miles in training, be prepared for significant elevation, and be able to maintain an average pace of about 10 min/mile (6 min/km) for prolonged periods on trail. A full kit list will be provided before the event. A car park is available at the meeting location and attendees will need a vehicle to reach the start/finish point. An alcohol-free beer may be offered at the end, subject to availability. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
