Run to the Sea Bournemouth

Run to the Sea Bournemouth is a 50 km point to point ultramarathon that runs from Moors Valley Country Park to Hengistbury Head. The route follows the Castleman Trailway for part of the way and continues along forest trails and coastal paths into Bournemouth. The course is described as flat and scenic.

The event provides a fully signed course with an available GPS route file. There are four feed stations spaced at approximately 10 km intervals, and runners may arrange to have personal food delivered to feed stations 3 and 4. Professional medical cover is provided throughout the event. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and finish goodies, and free downloadable photos are available.

The race is an UTMB index event and is registered with ARC and TRA. A free beginner training plan is offered from 20 weeks out. Entry options include early bird and regular fees, a bundle offer with the Brighton event, and an optional team entry where the first team or club with five finishers receives a prize. Optional extras available during registration include an event T shirt, bus transport from the finish to the start, and a squishable silicone cup to use at feed stations. Midweek chip timed trail races at the Blue Pool nature reserve in Dorset with 7 mile and 3 mile routes through woodland and ridge views. Race entry includes access for one adult and up to two children.

The ONER is an 85-mile (circa 140 km) continuous coastal ultramarathon along the Jurassic Coast with a 30-hour cutoff. The route runs from near Charmouth to Shell Bay, Studland, and includes a full circumnavigation of Portland.

A 13.1 mile coastal half marathon around the Isle of Portland on 6 June 2026, featuring exposed clifftop sections and mixed terrain. The event includes GPS tracking, a checkpoint at Portland Bill and compulsory safety kit.

Water themed trail running on the Isle of Purbeck with four single lap distances from half marathon to 54k. Routes run along coastal cliffs and Purbeck hills and include well stocked aid stations and GPX navigation advice.
