Run to the Sea Bournemouth is a 50km ultramarathon in the RTTS series, running from Moors Valley Country Park to Hengistbury Head in Bournemouth, along the Castleman Trailway and the seafront. The flat, scenic route uses forest trails and coastal paths, suitable for beginners and experienced ultramarathoners. The race is fully signposted, with a GPS route file and optional real-time tracking.

Runners pass four feed stations roughly every 10km, with the option to have food delivered to stations. The event includes medical cover, a bespoke medal, finish goodies and free photos; UTMB index, ARC/TRA registration, and a 9.5-hour cut-off. Entry is £70; Bournemouth 2025 sold out.
