North Cornwall (Polzeath)

This trail running event is based in Polzeath on the North Cornwall coast and begins on the village's golden beach. Routes head north eastwards along miles of unspoilt coastline, passing the Pentire Peninsula, fishing villages and valleys before returning to Polzeath. The courses include significant elevation gain and are classified as severe terrain.

Course surfaces listed include trail, sand, rock and grass. The event is part of the Endurancelife 2026-27 season and participants who complete any distance will receive points for the Season Leaderboard.

A five mile multi terrain race around the Boconnoc Estate near Lostwithiel on 6 May 2026. Organised by East Cornwall Harriers, the event uses paths, woodland and road and offers free field parking.

A 20 km timed coastal trail run from Portreath to Perranporth on 9 May 2026 supporting Man Down Cornwall. Open to participants aged 18 and over, with medals, awards and free race photography.
