Haldon Night is a winter night trail event on 17 January 2026 at Haldon Forest Park, Bullers Hill, Kennford, EX6 7XR. The programme includes single-loop 10K and 5K races and a 10K canicross. Routes have been adjusted to finish just over the official distances and both main races start and finish at the Start/Finish arch. Routes are fully marked with reflective poles and larger A4 arrows (orange on white) fitted with 50 mm orange reflective tape.

Children’s races run earlier in the programme: a one-lap 1K for ages 3-7 and a two-lap 2K for ages 8-11. Children aged 8 and above may take part in the 5K if accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults may run with children in the kids races at no extra charge. Head or chest torches are required. There is parking at the venue and parking is payable.

  • 2K (kids) - two laps; age 8-11.
  • 1K (kids) - one lap; age 3-7.

Race entry includes professional RFID chip timing, fully marked and marshalled courses, finishers medals, podium category prizes, free event photos, water and feed stations, custom race number, toilets, event caterers, trained medical cover and public liability insurance.
