The Seven Sins Run and Immortal Sinner

This is a trail running event held at Wenchford Picnic Site on New Road, Blakeney Straits, between Blakeney and Parkend (GL15 4AW). The course is organised around seven named hills that follow a sin theme: Pride, Greed, Sloth, Lust, Gluttony, Wrath, and Envy. The terrain may be muddy and wet with possible ice and snow.

Distances on offer:

  • 7 miles with seven hills
  • 14 miles with 14 hills

The 14 mile option called Immortal Sinner is the 7 mile course completed twice. There is a two hour cutoff at 7 miles for the Immortal Sinner; competitors who exceed this time on the first lap are not permitted to start a second lap.

Canicross waves are available for runners with dogs. A race brief and full event details are emailed to entrants one week before the race. Parking at the venue is charged at £2 per car and space is limited.

The event is organised by a local trail running group that focuses on finding, running, sharing, and maintaining trails. The organisers describe their events as friendly and encouraging while presenting a physical challenge on natural trail terrain. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
