A new point to point trail ultra of about 32 miles around East Lancashire that links the four Panopticons art installations by Mid Pennine Arts. The route uses Pennine trails and finishes in the village of Trawden.

An hourly backyard ultra on a mixed surface 4.167 mile loop near Hawksworth, Leeds. Competitors must finish each loop within the hour; the last person to finish a loop alone is crowned champion.

A timed track ultra at Woodbank Park with 6, 12 or 24 hour options, where participants run repeated 400 m laps. Facilities include an indoor aid station, bag drop, toilets and showers.

A flat trail event from East Hull along the TransPennine Trail offering distances from 5K to a full marathon, with feed stations, marshals, and a cup less policy for on-course drinks.

June 2027

The Hebden Bridge Fell Race will take place in Hebden Bridge on Tuesday 1 June 2027. You can run 10 kilometers.

A 24-hour trail challenge in Edale where runners complete as many 23.3 km loops (977 m ascent each) as possible. Entries limited to 50 with indoor transition, camping and a single log-cabin option; support, navigation notes and an eco-troph..

Five trail routes from Bakewell Showground through the Peak District, from 6 km to 55 km, across varied moorland and woodland with marked courses, fuel outposts, timing, free parking, and GPS tracking on the 50k.

A 5 km muddy obstacle course through Graves Park woodland and fields, with start and finish by the animal farm. Organised by Cancer Research UK to raise funds for cancer research, the event includes timed wave starts and onsite parking.

Derby Pretty Muddy 5k is an obstacle course at Markeaton Park with climbing, crawling and sliding across mixed terrain. It is for participants aged 13 and over and includes a fundraising element, a kit pack and a finisher medal.

Trail running event at Guisborough Rugby Club offering 40 km and 60 km options, solo or relay, with updated routes and profits donated to Teesside Samaritans; finishers receive a medal and event T shirt.

Trail event at Station Top, Otley with 50 km, 25 km and 15 km routes plus a 50 km relay. Courses follow public footpaths; runners must carry the route map and GPX files and meet mandatory kit requirements.

A hilly six mile fell race on Friday 18 June 2027 starting in Stalybridge and running up to the Trigg point on Hobson Moor. It is the second event in The Tour and lists single event and Tour entry options.

Two Roses Ultra offers two 50 km routes in Lancashire or Yorkshire, or a 100 km figure of eight linking both. The 100 km course passes parks, woodland and moorland and has a 24 hour completion window.

A trail Half Marathon and 10k at Carsington Water in Derbyshire on 26 June 2027, featuring waterside and countryside routes. Entries include chip timing, photos and a themed medal, with marked trails, marshals and a GPX route file.

An 8 hour looped event at Lyme Park where runners cover as many 5 km laps as they can. The mixed terrain course features a single aid station, chip timed laps, a bag drop and a strict 8 hour cut off.

July 2027

A guided trail running weekend in Horton in Ribblesdale tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks over a 38.6 km route with 1585 m ascent. Includes bunkhouse accommodation, guided runs and an optional 10 km recovery loop on the Pennine Way.

A 50K trail run from Whitby to Pickering with 3,322 ft of ascent and eight railway stations en route. The partially self-navigational course is fully tracked and has a 13 hour cutoff.
