Sheffield Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Graves Park in Sheffield, with the start and finish located in the field next to the Animal Farm. The course runs over grass, surfaced paths and woodland trails and includes uphill and sloping downhill sections as well as a series of obstacles to climb, crawl and slide through. Wave starts run every 15 minutes to manage participant flow.

Participants must be at least 13 years old on the day. A separate Pretty Muddy Kids option exists for younger children aged 12 and under. Registered participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training resources and a Race for Life medal on completion.

Facilities on site include toilets, refreshments and parking. Event parking is located on Cobnar Road near the cricket pavilion and is free; there is a 5 minute walk from that car park to the event site and this route includes a path with a steep and gradual incline. Limited Blue Badge parking is available at the animal farm entrance. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs, and dogs are not allowed.

The event is organised by Cancer Research UK. A minimum fundraising target applies. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
