Get the Hull out of Here takes place on 24 May 2026 and is based at Pelican Park Recreation Ground, Lambwath Road, Hull HU8 0EE. The course runs out from East Hull along the TransPennine Trail and follows the Hornsea Rail Trail into surrounding countryside. Elevation is flat and the terrain is described as good trail. The course is marshalled and signed. Feed and drink stations are provided about every 3 miles; participants are asked to bring a re-usable cup or bottle. The event is licensed by the Trail Running Association. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and other treats. If parking is used in the club grounds there is a £5 charge that goes to the Community Trust. Dogs are not allowed within the Community Trust grounds.

  • 5k - out-and-back course; minimum age 16.
  • 10k - out-and-back course; minimum age 16.
  • 10 mile - out-and-back course; minimum age 17.
  • Half marathon - 10 mile plus 5k; minimum age 17.
  • 20 mile - two times the 10 mile course; minimum age 18.
  • Marathon - 20 mile plus 10k; minimum age 18.

Entry fees range from £16 to £42. Transfers and deferrals can be managed online. Large over-ear headphones are discouraged; bone-conducting or one-in-one-out earbuds are recommended if needed.
