Resolve2Run is an annual New Year’s Day 5K and 10K run-walk around Chicago Park School and scenic Nevada County, held as a fundraiser for the Peardale-Chicago Park Firefighters' Association, Chicago Park 4-H Club, and the school PTA.

An ultramarathon weekend on the Northeast Texas Trail on January 2, 2027 offering 50K, 100K, 100K Ruck and 100 mile options. Mixed trail and road surfaces, mandatory headlamp and personal water carrying system.

Night trail run in Blanchard, Louisiana on January 2, 2027 with a TBD seven mile single track option and a paved 4.5 mile Soda Lake loop. A light source is mandatory and registration has a $25 fee.

A 14 mile trail race on Trail 100 in Phoenix's North Mountain Preserve, featuring single-track sections, steep climbs, loose rock, aid stations and a 4 hour cutoff. The route runs from Mountain View Park to Dreamy Draw and back.

A winter trail race on January 2, 2027 in Springwater, NY featuring an approximately 10k loop on single-track trails at Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area. It is the first event of the Common Ground Winter Trail Series.

A trail 10K and half marathon at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL, as the second race of the Winter Wild Thangs Trail Series. The cupless event is limited to 400 runners and includes a tri-blend shirt and finisher award.

A timed three, six or nine hour run and walk at Bridgeway Station in Simpsonville on January 2, 2027, using a two mile loop with self timed laps. Finishers receive medals and custom bibs, with an aid station and a cup free format.

A winter event in Bowling Green on January 2, 2027 offering a 4 mile run (two laps on a gravel perimeter track) and a 2 mile walk with walking only rules. Entry fee is $40 and each paid participant receives a sweatshirt or hoodie.

A trail running event at Gruber ORV Park on January 2, 2027 offering 5, 10, 20 mile and virtual options on a moderately technical 5+ mile loop. Trophies go to top three men and women and all finishers receive medals.

A winter trail run at St. Edward State Park offering 4 mile and 8 mile looped courses with lakeshore single track, an on-course aid station, and nearby parking options including an alternate Bastyr University lot.

A winter trail event at Almaden Quicksilver County Park offering distances from a kids run to a 50K, marked dirt-road courses, aid stations with toilets, drop-bag service for longer races, and measurable elevation gain.
