The Endure the Dirt 5k Cancer Mud Run takes place in Stuttgart, Arkansas, situated on the flat land surrounding Mack’s Prairie Wings. This event serves as a fundraiser to support cancer patients and their caregivers through motivation, encouragement, and education. The course features various engineered obstacles designed to test physical strength, reflecting the daily challenges faced by those battling cancer.

The standard obstacle course events involve a mud run where participants can choose to compete for time or run as a team to assist one another through the obstacles. For those who prefer to remain mud-free, the Pounding the Pavement Color Run follows a paved route from Mack's Prairie Wings to the Stuttgart Carti building and back. This specific race offers the option to avoid the color stations by running on the west side of Henderson street.

The Mini Mudder is a specific course located near the finish line with obstacles adapted for children aged 3 to 9, requiring a guardian to be present.
