The Christiansen Trail Run takes place on January 3, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. The event distance is 14 miles and the race is based at Mountain View Park in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, 9901 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021. The event was first held in 1987 and was one of the earliest organized trail runs in Arizona. Entry fee listed is $75 and registration closes January 1, 2026.

Course and race support

The route follows Trail 100 from Mountain View Park to Dreamy Draw and back. The course is single-track and includes steep climbs and descents, with rugged terrain and loose rocks. Aid stations are located at miles 2, 4, 6.5, 9 and 11. All participants receive a technical running shirt; the event also offers finisher and division awards.
