The 100K and 50K use a looped course along the river and on trails, with reported elevation changes of about 512 ft gain and 531 ft loss per loop and a 24 hour cutoff for those ultras. The 25K course is described as varied natural scenery with a 12 hour cutoff. The half marathon and 25K ruck division share scenic looped routes featuring river views and moderate inclines.

Ruck divisions are offered for several distances. Weight rules are specified per division.
