Mellow Trail Race at Pace Bend Park

The Mellow Trail Race takes place on September 12, 2026, at Pace Bend Park in Spicewood, Texas. The event offers multiple distances on a trail system set on a peninsula that juts into Lake Travis, with sections that run along rocky cliff-edge shores and zero-entry shores. Trails include rocks, roots, and hard-packed surfaces and gain enough elevation in places to provide views over the lake.

  • 13.1 mi : main loop
  • 10k : two 5k loops
  • 5k

Unstaffed stations may not remain on ice all day.

Pacers are permitted under posted rules. Overall awards include Top 3 male and female and Top Masters male and female (50 and up). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
