The Doomsday 5K is a trail race taking place on January 1, 2026, at Cliff Cave County Park, 806 Cliff Cave Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63129. The course begins a short distance past the train tracks, includes about 0.5 mile of pavement, then follows the Spring Valley Trail Outer Loop for about 1.8 miles, and returns on pavement for the final 0.5 mile. Spring Valley Trail is an all-dirt trail with rolling hills, roots, and rocks. All finishers receive a custom medal. Awards for top performers in male, female, and non-binary categories are a $50 credit toward a 2026 Terrain Trail Runners event.
