Sappington, United States • 17 Oct 2026

Minnie Ha Ha 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Runs

The event offers two timed endurance options: a 12 hour race and a 6 hour race held at Minnie Ha Ha Park in St. Louis, MO. The course is a USATF certified paved loop measuring 1.17 mile that runs through a mostly flat, wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start and finish area is located at Shelter E. Parking, a playground, and restrooms are available near the shelter.

An aid station adjacent to the start and finish area will be stocked with fluids and foods typical for ultra events. The race is professionally chip timed. The event will be conducted as a cupless race; participants are responsible for bringing a handheld, belt, or vest for personal hydration. Sports drink will be available at the aid station.

All finishers receive a finishers medal. Awards are given to the first place overall male and female in each race and to male and female winners in the Masters (40-49) and Grand Master (50+) age groups. The event is part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series (EMUS), with series points awarded based on miles run plus bonus points for placing. St. Louis Ultrarunners Group SLUGs organizes the race and SLUG members receive a registration discount. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
