Minnie Ha Ha 12 Hour Run

Sappington, United States • 17 Oct 2026

Minnie Ha Ha 3, 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Runs

Minnie Ha Ha Endurance Runs offer timed running options of 12 hour, 6 hour, and 3 hour formats on a USATF-certified paved loop. The course measures 1.17 miles per lap and runs through a mostly flat, wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start/finish area is located at Shelter "E".

The event is professionally chip timed and includes an aid station adjacent to the start/finish area. The aid station will be stocked with fluids and foods typical for ultra events. The race is cupless, so participants must bring a handheld, belt, or vest; sports drink will be available at the aid station. There is adequate parking throughout the park, and a playground and restrooms are close to the shelter.

This edition is part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series (EMUS), with series points awarded based on miles run plus bonus points for placing. All finishers receive a finishers medal. Plaques are awarded to overall first place male and female in each race and to male and female winners in the Masters (40-49) and Grand Master (50+) age groups.

Organizer information notes a member discount for SLUGs members and that there are no refunds or deferrals. Registration closes Mon, Oct 12 at 11:59 PM CT. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
