Sappington, United States • 17 Oct 2026

Minnie Ha Ha 6, 12 and 3 hour endurance runs

The event is a timed endurance race offering three options: 12 hour, 6 hour and 3 hour events on October 17, 2026, at Minnie Ha Ha Park in St. Louis, MO. The course is a USATF-certified paved loop measuring 1.17 miles that runs through a mostly flat wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start/finish area is at Shelter E. Parking is available throughout the park, and a playground and restrooms are located close to the shelter.

The aid station is adjacent to the start/finish and will be stocked with fluids and foods typical of ultra events. The race is professionally chip-timed. Organized by the St. Louis Ultrarunners Group, the event is part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series where series points are awarded based on miles run plus bonus points for placing. The event will be cupless in 2026; participants are responsible for bringing a handheld, belt or vest, while sports drink will be available at the aid station. There are no refunds or deferrals, but bibs may be transferred if the race director is informed. All finishers receive a medal. Awards are given to first overall male and female in each race and to male and female winners in Masters 40-49 and Grand Master 50+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
