Minnie Ha Ha 3, 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Runs

The event is the 7th annual Minnie Ha Ha Endurance Runs held at Minnie Ha Ha Park in St. Louis, Missouri. It offers timed endurance running options on a paved loop that is USATF certified and measures 1.17 miles. The course runs through a mostly flat wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start and finish area is located at Shelter E. There is adequate parking, a playground, and restrooms close to the shelter.

An aid station adjacent to the start/finish will be stocked with fluids and foods typical for ultra events. The race is professionally chip timed. The event is cupless; participants must provide a handheld, belt, or vest for personal drinking containers. Plenty of sports drink will be available at the aid station.

All finishers receive a finishers medal. Plaques are awarded to overall male and female winners in each race and to male and female winners in Masters (40-49) and Grand Master (50+) age groups. The event is part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series where series points are awarded based on miles run plus bonus points for placing.
