Minnie Ha Ha 3, 6 & 12 Hour Endurance Runs

This timed event offers three endurance options on a paved, USATF-certified loop at Minnie Ha Ha Park in St. Louis, Missouri. The loop measures 1.17 miles and runs through a mostly flat, wooded park with views of the Meramec River and fall foliage. The start and finish are located at Shelter E, with parking, a playground, and restrooms nearby.

An aid station adjacent to the start/finish will be stocked with fluids and foods typical for ultra events. The race is professionally chip-timed. The event is part of the Eastern Missouri Ultra Series, where series points are awarded based on miles run with bonus points for placing.

The event is cupless; participants are responsible for bringing a handheld, belt, or vest. Sports drink will be available at the aid station. All finishers receive a finishers medal. Plaques are awarded to the first overall male and female in each race and to male and female winners in Masters (40-49) and Grand Master (50+).

This spring event in Queeny Park offers four distances on rolling gravel trails, including a ruck division. Participants receive a finisher's medal, t-shirt, and professional timing. Top finishers in each age group receive awards.

A three day stage trail race in Wildwood, Missouri from May 15 to 17, 2026. It covers roughly 21 miles, 26 miles and about 25K across Rockwoods and Greensfelder trails with creek crossings and scenic bluffs.
