Triple Crown 10K Night Trail Run Series

Triple Crown 10K Night Trail Run Series is a three week night trail running series in Wildwood, MO, organized by Terrain Trail Runners and scheduled for August 7, 14 and 21, 2026. Each event in the series is a 10K trail race held on different trail systems in the St. Louis west county area. Registration for the series closes on August 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

The series is organized as a hill progression that emphasizes climbing and running at night with a headlamp. The three individual race dates and reported climb values are: August 7 Bluff View Shuffle with a climb of 100 feet per mile over 10K; August 14 Eagle Valley Scramble with a climb of 130 feet per mile over 10K; and August 21 Chubb Crawl with a climb reported as 200 per mile over 10K. Runners may enter all three races, choose two, or sign up for individual race entries.

Online three race series registrations include a custom cotton/poly short sleeve T shirt, a series specific elevation profile finisher sticker, and a post race snack and cold beverage. Pick two and individual race registrations include a race specific finisher sticker and a post race snack and cold beverage. Race day registration is available for individual series races for $75 cash only. Swag may be available for purchase at packet pick up for $15 cash only while sizes last.

Awards for top overall series performers in male, female and non binary divisions are issued as a $50 online credit to Terrain Trail Runners accounts valid from August 1, 2026 to August 1, 2027.
