Rockin' Rockwoods is a foot trail race produced by Terrain Trail Runners held on September 26, 2026 at Greensfelder County Park, 4515 Hencken Road, Saint Louis, MO 63069. The event offers multiple distance options on conservation-area trails in Wildwood, Missouri.
The 53K course is arranged as two out-and-back sections that use the Green Rock, DeClue and Fox Run Trails. The 53K route includes approximately 5,200 ft of elevation gain.
The 1/2 Marathon and 1/2 Marathon RUCK courses are an out-and-back route using the Green Rock, Eagle Valley and Deer Run Trails with about 2,200 ft of elevation gain.
Terrain varies from hard-packed dirt to loose, uneven rock and includes steep grades, rolling hills, roots and creek crossings. About 95% of the courses are singletrack, and the trails include technical sections that require careful footing.
The ruck division requires participants to carry a backpack, rucksack or weighted vest of at least 20 lbs, not counting water or food used during the race. All ruck division finishers receive a custom Rockin' Rockwoods rucking patch, and $5 of each ruck registration is donated to DOGS for our BRAVE.
