Get Your Butt Kicked @ Route 66 is a mid-summer timed ultrarunning event held at Route 66 State Park near Eureka, Missouri. The race offers 3- and 6-hour options on a flat, fast 2.425-mile loop through shaded woodlands along the Meramec River. Runners complete as many loops as possible within their time limit, switching to a short 0.333-mile loop near the end.

The course features a mix of pavement, chip-n-seal, and gravel surfaces. Participants must bring their own hydration and lighting, as the race continues into darkness.
