Route 66 State Park near Eureka, MO hosts timed running events on a measured 2.425 mile loop through shaded woodlands along the Meramec River. The main surface alternates between thin pavement, chip-n-seal, and fine gravel, and the course is described as flat. Runners complete as many long loops as possible within their chosen time limit; when there is not enough time for another long loop, runners may switch to a short 0.333 mile loop. Only completed loops are counted toward the final distance.

The Forest Shelter serves as the start/finish area, primary aid station, and parking area. The aid station will offer Ultra-Food and water jugs for refilling personal hydration systems. This is a cupless event; participants must refill their own hydration. There are two unisex flush toilets on course and additional porta potties. Lights are required for running after darkness; a headlamp or handheld light is necessary. Bib and swag pick-up is available at the Forest Shelter on race day. All finishers receive a finisher medal and every entrant receives custom GYBK socks. The organizer is the Saint Louis Ultrarunners Group.
