A Happy New Year 5K & 10K Trail Run : Marble Falls
The event takes place on New Year’s Day at Shaffer Bend Recreation Area in Marble Falls, Texas. It offers trail running and walking on looped courses with a central start and finish area. The event is organized by Fit Foundation.

Trail-appropriate shoes, hydration, sunscreen, a hat, and layered clothing are recommended. Costumes and festive gear are allowed. Walkers are explicitly welcome, especially in the 5K.
Participants should watch their footing on uneven trail surfaces and follow leave no trace principles. Respect for other runners, hikers, and park visitors is requested.
