A themed 7 hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park celebrating 50 years of Rocky, with distances from 3 km up to ultra, themed medals, goody bags and aid stations on well maintained park paths.

A 60 km point to point ultramarathon along the Ridgeway National Trail from Ivinghoe Beacon to near Wallingford, featuring open tracking, four aid stations and a 10 hour time allowance. Entries close 17 May 2026.

Phoenix Running South Wales stages the Manta Ray Run at Parc Taf Bargoed, Trelewis. Participants run repeated 5.3 km laps within a seven hour time limit and receive a bespoke finisher medal unless they choose a no medal option.

A reworked May 2026 50 mile trail around Telford passing Ironbridge and the Wrekin, with four checkpoints, recommended trail shoes and a 9PM cut off. Participants report good waymarking and well stocked aid stations.

An obstacle 5k at Baiter Park in Poole on 30 May 2026, the Pretty Muddy event combines climbing, crawling and sliding while raising funds for Cancer Research UK. Waves run every 15 minutes and participants must be 13 or older.

A 6.4 km fell race at Calon y Cwm camping, Cilycwm, with 244 m ascent on a partially marked route through fields, wet forest, tracks and rocky ground. Entry on the day £7; minimum age over 16.

A mixed terrain half marathon and 10k in England on 30th May 2026. Routes mix quiet country roads and off road sections, and the event raises money for local good causes.

The Blended Trails - Backyard Ultra will take place in New Alresford on Saturday 30 May 2026. You can run 7 kilometers.

A mixed surface coastal out and back of about 7 miles from Blue Anchor to Minehead and back via the Steam Coast Trail, with water stations, first aid, a finishers medal and event T shirts for early online entries.

June 2026

Approximate 6k through Blaise Castle Estate on tarmac, grass and trails with hills and estate views. Club house refreshments follow and prizes are awarded for individual places, age categories and teams.

03 June 2026 at Kinver Edge, a 10 km trail run over two laps on local tracks with varied climbs. Canicross is permitted and advance entries cost £10, with limited places and series entry open until 1 May 2026.

A 6 km fell race near Pontesbury on 3 June 2026 with 354 m of ascent, organised by Mercia Fell Runners. Entry is available by pre-entry or on the day and a junior race takes place earlier the same evening.

A four-race summer cross country series in Herefordshire and nearby venues from 3 June to 15 July 2026, with events at Treworgan Farm, Shobdon Woods, Bearwood Farm and Newton Court. Entry is limited to eligible first claim club members.

Midweek chip timed trail races at the Blue Pool nature reserve in Dorset with 7 mile and 3 mile routes through woodland and ridge views. Race entry includes access for one adult and up to two children.

A 40 mile coastal ultra on 6 June 2026 from Porthcawl to Lavernock Point along the Wales Coast Path, featuring beaches, cliffs and Ogmore Castle, with three staffed checkpoints and no formal time limit.
