Beat the Sunset 50km

Beat The Sunset 50km Ultra Marathon takes place in Maidenhead, Berkshire, starting and finishing at Summerleaze Park (NMCC Sports Club). The 50-kilometre, multi-terrain course is about 75% off-road and features around 235 metres of ascent. It is a fully signed, single-loop route that traverses the Thames Path, Jubilee River and the Green Way.

Runners pass four aid stations at roughly 10 km intervals, with chip timing and live tracking. A personal nutrition drop is available in the second half, and extras include massage pre- and post-race, free photos, medals and mementoes, prizes, and on-site toilets.
