Course and race details

The course is a single lap, mostly off road (about 75% off road) and is described as flat. It follows sections of the Thames Path, the Jubilee River and the Green Way. The route is fully signed and there are 4 checkpoints spaced at approximately 10 km intervals. Aid stations will offer water, cola and sweet and savoury snacks. Personal nutrition drops are available in the second half of the course and can be taken to the third and fourth checkpoints.

Race services include chip timing, free live tracking, free downloadable photos, a finisher medal and mementoes, prizes, toilets, feed stations and medical backup. Pre and post event massage is listed. Mandatory kit includes a fully charged phone, a foil blanket and a full 500 ml bottle or vessel for fluids; suggested items include a waterproof jacket, a cup and a method of payment.
