Beat the Sunset 50km

The Beat the Sunset 50km is a multi-terrain ultra marathon in the Thames Valley. It starts in Maidenhead at Summerleaze Park. The event has a cut-off time of 9 hours and 12 minutes, set to coincide with sunset.

The course is a single-lap route covering approximately 235m of elevation. It is described as 75% off-road and is fully signed. The route takes in the Thames Path, the Jubilee River, and the Green Way.

There are four checkpoints at intervals of approximately 10km. They provide cola, water, and sweet and savoury snacks. Participants can arrange a personal nutrition drop for the third and fourth checkpoints.

Chip timing and free live tracking are provided. All finishers receive a medal and race mementoes. Free, downloadable race photos are available post-event. Pre- and post-event massage is offered. Entries close on May 24th unless capacity is reached earlier.

G3 no.3 is a running event at Newlands Corner, Guildford on 28 February 2026 offering 10 km and 15 km distances with paid entry and entries closing on 26 February.

Chocothon is a friendly timed lap on a flat 5.3 km riverside towpath, letting you complete as many laps as you can within a seven hour window. Distances from 5 km to ultra, medals and aid stations make it perfect for all abilities.

Run a scenic multi terrain 10km starting by the River Thames near Windsor & Eton Brewery. The route follows the Thames and Jubilee Rivers through Dorney and Eton Wick. All finishers get a medal, a drink, and a commemorative pint cup.

A guided *10 km* trail run from Silent Pool near Guildford, using North Downs Way and Netley Heath paths, led by a qualified guide. Group-paced, two 2026 dates, £16 entry and car parking at the meeting point.
