Hart 4 is a four hour relay for teams of four held at Minley Manor, Hampshire on 9th August 2026. Teams repeatedly run a lap of approximately 4 km and try to complete as many laps as possible within the four hour race period. Laps that are started before the event end may be finished and will count toward the team total.
There are three team categories: male, female and mixed. Prizes are awarded to the first, second and third teams in each category. The entry option listed is for a team of four with a fee of £120 and entries close on 6th August 2026.
The course is an off road, undulating lap routed through woods and grasslands at Minley Manor. It includes a few hills as well as flat sections. The mix of terrain means teams can plan lap strategies that take account of both slower uphill sections and faster flats.
