The Summer DirtRun series continues with its second installment at Kinver Edge. This event follows a multi-lap format through the local landscape, utilizing the tracks around the area. This specific race is part of a larger four-part series taking place throughout the summer season.

The course features a 10 km distance consisting of two laps. Participants navigate a route described as having numerous elevation changes, including various ups and downs along the off-road tracks. The event is held at Kinver Edge, which is located near Stourbridge at the postcode DY7 6DL.

Participation is open to runners aged 14 and older on the day of the race. The event includes several age-based categories for classification:

Facilities at the site include toilets for athlete use. While there is no permanent cafe at the location, water is provided in cups at the half-distance point of the race. The event is a "no frills" race, meaning no medals or prizes are awarded on the night of the competition. However, series trophies are available for runners registered for the full series.

Capacity for this race is limited to 150 participants. Registration options include advance entry or on the night entry if places remain available. Running with dogs, known as canicross, is permitted for this event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
