DirtRun Summer Sizzler Race 2 - Kinver Edge

The event takes place on 03 June 2026 at Kinver Edge, DY7 6DL. The course is a 10 km route run over two laps on local tracks and includes many ups and downs that use the natural terrain.

Minimum age is 14 years on race day. Canicross is permitted and the entry fee is £10 in advance or £15 cash on the night subject to places being available. Series entry is available until 1 May 2026 and only entrants registered for the whole series by that date can score series points.

Categories cover senior and veteran age groups for both sexes, including Senior female 14 to 39 years, Senior male, Vet40+ female 40 to 49 years, Vet40+ male, Vet50+ female 50 and over, and Vet50+ male. As a no frills event there are no medals or prizes on the night; series trophies are provided for those registered in the series.

Practical details: registration closes at 18:45, toilets are available on site but there is no cafe, and cups of water are available at the half distance. Trail runs nearby

A short fell race in Church Stretton on 13 May 2026 covering 5.6 km with 268 m ascent. Entry is on the day for £7 and registration is at Church Stretton Cricket Club; junior options are available.

Trail races at Tackeroo Campsite in Cannock Chase with 10 km, half and full marathon options plus a two person marathon relay. Courses are entirely off road with rolling terrain, singletrack and regular feed stations.

A multi lap running event from The Unicorn Inn in Telford with routes of 8, 16 and 26.2 miles passing Ironbridge Gorge and returning via the Silkin Way. Ales, pub food and event bling are available after the runs.

A new 50K route from Telford Town Park to Shrewsbury that visits multiple historic Shropshire sites. The event includes chip timing, five nutrition stations, measured routes, free photos and a special series-linking segment medal.
