Course and facilities

Each lap of the course is 5K around Chasewater Country Park. The route is a mixture of paths and footpaths and is described as relatively flat. The park setting may include wildlife sightings. Event facilities at the visitor centre include a cafe, toilets and a children’s park. Aid stations will supply refreshments, and each finisher receives a medal and may receive a Snickers bar. There is a charge for parking at Chasewater.

Age restrictions noted are: Half Marathon open to entrants aged 17 and over, 10K open to entrants aged 16 and over, and Marathon open to entrants aged 18 and over on the event date.
