The Telford T50 Trail Run

The Telford T50 Trail Run is an annual event offering runners a choice of 50 or 10 miles along the scenic Telford pathway, which features notable sites like Ironbridge and the Wrekin. The course takes participants on a challenging yet rewarding journey through historic and industrial areas of Telford, with four checkpoints providing food, drinks, and cake. The event emphasizes excellent organization, waymarking, and support from marshals.

Participants are advised to wear trail shoes and carry mandatory gear, including a waterproof jacket and energy supplies. The race concludes at the Unicorn Inn, with a cut-off time of 10 PM.
