The Telford T50 Trail Run is a winter, single-distance trail event of 50 miles organised by How Hard Can It Be Events. Course and logistics

The route follows a premarked pathway around Telford and Shropshire, passing landmarks such as Ironbridge, the Wrekin and former industrial areas. There are four checkpoints on course supplying food, drinks and cake. Organisers recommend wearing trail shoes. Mandatory kit includes a waterproof jacket, a rucksack with a bladder, a fully charged mobile phone, an energy bar, a basic first aid kit and a £20 note. A cut-off time is set at 10 PM.
