Poole Pretty Muddy 5k : Baiter Park, Poole
The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course taking place on Saturday 30 May 2026 at Baiter Park, Catalina Drive, Poole BH15 1TQ. The course starts and finishes on grass and follows a mixture of grass and tarmac, looping around Poole Park, passing under the railway line and entering Whitecliff Recreational Ground and Harbourside Park.
Participants climb, crawl and slide around a series of muddy obstacles. Marshals are on hand to assist and participants may skip an obstacle if necessary. Pretty Muddy start times are run in staggered waves, with each wave 15 minutes apart. The event is for people aged 13 years and older; a separate Pretty Muddy Kids programme exists for children aged 12 and under.
Entry costs are listed as Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. Registered participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and support, access to an online community, and a Race for Life medal on completion.
On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs.
