Poole Pretty Muddy 5k

The event takes place on Saturday 30 May 2026 at Baiter Park in Poole. It is a charity obstacle event that raises funds for Cancer Research UK and has a minimum fundraising target of £50. Adult entry is listed at £22.49 and child entry at £12.00.

The course is a 5k loop with the start and finish on grass. The route runs on a mixture of grass and tarmac, loops around Poole Park, goes under the railway line and passes through Whitecliff Recreational Ground and Harbourside Park. Participants climb, crawl and slide over obstacles and are asked to tackle them at their own pace; marshals are available to assist.

Participants must be at least 13 years old on the day of the event. Available on-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users, is not suitable for pushchairs, and there are no bike racks. Dogs are not allowed and there is no bag drop or showers.

Event accessibility provisions include sunflower wristbands at the enquiries marquee, event staff trained as Dementia Friends, and a QR code on the main site to access British Sign Language stage content.
