Inflatable 5K - Bournemouth, Dorset
The Inflatable 5K in Bournemouth on Saturday 1 August 2026 is an outdoor obstacle event featuring large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The course is built as a 2.5 km lap with repeated obstacles across chosen distances. Distances available are:
- 2.5k, one lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k, two laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, four laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, six laps, 90 obstacles
The event includes five music zones around the course, a mid-route water station, marked route signage, event photography and medical cover. Every participant receives a finisher's medal, and finish line goodies and a drink are provided. There is a free spectator area and food and drink vendors on site.
