A 22 mile guided trail run from North Walsham to Cromer on the Norfolk Coast. The route follows the Paston Way and passes places linked to the Paston family; organiser ESCAPE trails lists the price as £28.

A self-navigation marathon along the Colne Valley Path from Stambourne, passing Great Yeldham and the mighty oak, finishing on the Cymbeline meadows. Aid stations are placed about every 10 km and the event is cupless.

September 2026

A sunset trail event at Ickworth Park offering 5K and 10K routes across limestone paths, woodland and meadows. The 10K is chip timed, all finishers receive a medal and the event operates as cupless with water refill points.

A muddy obstacle-course event in Brentwood on 5 September 2026 with 1.5 km and 5 km options, on-course obstacles, foam and water features, finish-line wash facilities and family-friendly arrangements.

A women only 5 km obstacle course that emphasises teamwork and community. The course features low upper body obstacles, water features without full submersion, hot wash downs and a finisher medal.

A coastal 7k from Broadstairs to Ramsgate and back, starting on the beach at low tide. Team and individual prizes across age categories, on-site refreshments and live online results.

The inaugural Rowhedge Half Marathon is an off road half marathon on Sunday 6th September through Donyland Woods, Friday Woods and local countryside. Entry fee is £28 including a medal and entries close 3rd September.

An off-road 10 km race along the Flitch Way near Takeley, with chip timing, finisher T-shirt and medal, water stations and on-course first aid. The event also includes a family fun run and raises funds for the local village hall charity.
