Inflatable 5K - Norwich, Norfolk - Saturday 17 October 2026
The Inflatable 5K at the Royal Norfolk Showground is an untimed obstacle event held on 17 October 2026. The course uses repeated 2.5 km laps with giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The organiser lists five music zones placed around the route and a water station midway along the lap.
Participants can choose from multiple distances and obstacle counts. Each lap repeats the same obstacles.

- 5k - 30 obstacles
- 10k - 60 obstacles
- 15k - 90 obstacles
Every participant receives a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a refreshment drink at the finish. Food and drink vendors and toilet facilities are available on site. Spectators may watch from designated areas but must remain off the course and keep children under supervision.
Entry rules distinguish adults and children: adult entries are for ages 16 and over; children aged 5 to 15 must participate with a paying adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Dogs are not allowed. Parking is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is available at £3 per bag. The event lists RSPCA Norwich as a charity partner.
