An inflatable obstacle-course event at the Royal Norfolk Showground, Dereham Rd, New Costessey, Norwich NR5 0TT. The course is made of giant inflatables including slides, tunnels, climbs, jumps and themed obstacles arranged on a 2.5 km lap; each lap repeats the same obstacles.
Distances offered:
- 2.5 km: 15 obstacles, 1 lap
- 5 km: 30 obstacles, 2 laps
- 10 km: 60 obstacles, 4 laps
- 15 km: 90 obstacles, 6 laps
The event is run as a non-timed, fun-focused experience with five pumping music zones, a water station midway along the route, and on-site food and drink vendors. All participants receive a finisher's medal and a goodie bag; a refreshment is included at the finish. Children aged 5 to 15 must participate with a paying adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Adult entry is from age 16.
Practical arrangements include parking (charged), toilets on site, a bag-drop service for a fee, and a no-dogs policy.
