The Inflatable 5K in Norwich is an outdoor inflatable obstacle course event held on Saturday 17 October 2026. The course uses giant inflatables including obstacles, slides and tunnels, and features music zones, on course hydration, event photography, medical cover, a clearly marked route, a finishers medal, a goodie bag and finish line refreshments. The event is non timed.
Participants can choose from these distances:
- 2.5k : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k : 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Each lap follows the same 2.5k circuit. Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Age categories are Adult 16+ and Child 5 to 15 years.
Practical information includes parking charged at £5 per car, a bag drop at £3 per bag with size and security checks, toilets on site, no dogs allowed, and food and drink vendors available. Arrival is recommended 30 to 45 minutes before start times, and entrants should present a printed or visible e ticket when collecting race numbers.
