Dinosaur Dash
Dinosaur Dash is scheduled for 7 August 2026 at Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure in the UK and is organised by Norwich Road Runners. The event takes place inside the park, with routes that start and finish on site and pass winding trails and dinosaur displays.
Distances on offer:
- 2.5K junior race for ages 6 to 16; entrants must run unaccompanied.
- 5K race for entrants aged 11 and above.
- 100m Diddy Dash for children under 6; parents may run alongside.
Both the 2.5K and 5K races are chip timed. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Trophies for first male and first female, plus winners of each age category, are presented in Dippy’s Theatre.
The park will be open exclusively for the event. Spectators are charged £2.50 each, with children under 90 cm free. Refreshments are available from Jurassic Snacks and there is space for picnics. There is ample parking in the main car park; cars must remain until the end of the 5K race and participants are asked to leave baggage in their vehicles. Toilets are on site and First Aid is provided by Roarr!
Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are allowed until midnight on 23 July 2026. Race numbers can be posted for an extra £2 and event T-shirts are available for £12. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
