Event Overview

The Fort 20 is a 20-mile mixed trail running event. It takes place on a looped course that starts and finishes within the walls of the 18th-century Landguard Fort on the Suffolk peninsula. The route crosses two nature reserves, two river estuaries, and a port area.

Course and Support

The course is fully marked, and a .gpx file is provided. There are three water and snack stations along the route. A drop bag facility is available for participants. The event has a total time limit of six hours.

Participant Information

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or older on the day of the event. The organizer is Coastal Trail Runners, and the event is licensed by the TRA and held under UK Athletics rules.
