The Pumpkin Run takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 at Bullbanks Farm, Eight Ash Green, Colchester, CO6 3PT (Halstead Rd). The event offers three distances:

The course runs through open countryside and scenic fields, passing pumpkins and a pumpkin corn trail. Routes use traffic-free farm tracks and are described as mostly flat.

Entrant age requirements are: 14 years or older for the 10K and 11 years or older for the 5K on race day. There is no age limit for the 1K; children under 6 must be accompanied and parents or guardians do not need a ticket for the 1K. Teams of four or more qualify for a group discount.
Race services include chip timing, event photography, an exclusive medal, and a downloadable certificate. An event village will operate on site and features the Field of Fun, a bouncy castle and a Fox Box providing refreshments. On-site parking is available within a one-minute walk of the event village.
