Trail Running calendar near Scarborough 2026-2027

A short fell race of 4 km with about 120 m climb at the Show Field in St John's Chapel. Day entries cost £2 and there are separate junior races for children aged 4 to 12 plus an under 18 category.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

A short fell race in Burnsall on Sunday 6 September 2026 featuring a field climb, a steep heather ascent to a cairn and a summit return. The event counts for BOFRA championships and includes junior and senior age categories.

A 27 km fell race around Totley with about 1,066 m of climb. The partly marshalled route crosses moorland, tracks and lanes, requires self navigation under FRA rules and mandatory kit, and offers two water stations with no cups provided.
