London Backyard Ultra at Frylands Wood Scout Outdoor Centre on 29 August 2026 asks runners to complete *four miles* each hour until one remains. The event includes parking for one car, hot showers, water, drinks, snacks, and photography.

An outdoor mud and obstacle assault course near Dorking, Surrey, with a permanent course and over 100 natural and man made obstacles. Distance options include 5 km, 10 km or multiple laps for solo runners, teams and charities.
