SATURN TOO - Midweek Medal Madness Run August 2026

This is a seven hour timed running event held at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, Egham. The event uses a signed looped course along a stretch of the River Thames, mainly on well made paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. The regular course may be adjusted close to the event for health and safety reasons.

The format gives runners control over the distance they cover within the seven hour window; the minimum recorded finishing distance is 3 km and medals are awarded for completing that distance. An aid table and drinks are provided at the start and finish of each lap with a selection of savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. Finishers receive a goody bag, with a vegan goody bag option available. Distance pins are issued for half-marathon distance and above and placed on the medal ribbon.

Facilities at the venue include toilets and changing rooms and there is a pay on exit carpark at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds. Headphones are allowed. Entry is limited to 300 places and entries close on 20/08/2026. Minimum age is 12 years. Anyone planning to run more than 45 km must be at least 20 years old; 18 and 19 year olds may run up to 45 km.
