Event Overview

The Sussex Stride is a long distance event involving both walking and running. Participants traverse a route of 52 miles with a total ascent of 7,000 feet. Requirements and Regulations

Entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. Participants must carry a mandatory route description and a headtorch or torch, along with their own mug for drinks. While membership in the Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA) is not required, participants must adhere to strict checkpoint opening and closing times. Dogs are not permitted on the course.
