The Westfield 7.5km Trail Race takes place on Sunday 28 December 2025 at Westfield Community Hall, TN35 4QL. The event is a 7.5km trail running loop organised by 1066 Trail Races. Entries open 18 August 2025 and close 27 December 2025. Entry fees are £15.00, rising to £18.00 from 22 December 2025. The minimum age to enter is 16. The race has a limit of 50 entrants. Prizes are offered for first male and first female finishers.

Course and facilities

The route is mainly off-road and follows the 1066 Country Walk path for the first 3 km. It passes the Bayeux Tapestry inspired Farbanks Henge sculptures and returns via the hamlets of Little and Great Maxfield to finish opposite The Plough Pub. The course is fully marked and marshalled. Toilets, changing and parking are available at the village hall. Tea and cake are provided in the hall after the race. A course map is available on request.
