This is a guided trail run of approximately 15 miles organised by Trail Run Explorers in Exceat, Seaford BN25 4AD, UK on 9 August 2026. The route runs above the Seven Sisters white chalk cliffs, across sections of the South Downs Way, through Friston Forest and Seven Sisters Country Park, alongside the Cuckmere River and down onto the beach at Cuckmere Haven.
The course is reported to include about 1,948 ft (581 metres) of elevation, making it a hilly route. The exact meeting point is the Seven Sisters car park on East Dean Road in Seaford. The event is described as a social group run rather than a race; runners are expected to move together and may stop to enjoy viewpoints and chat.
Included on the day is a guided run led by an EA qualified run leader who is also a certified UESCA ultra running coach. A safety briefing is part of the event. The listed entry fee is £15.
Recommended kit includes trail trainers, a mandatory waterproof jacket, a foil blanket, basic first aid supplies, warm running kit if cold, a charged phone, snacks, money and water. The route has no official refill point unless Birling Gap is used, which is about 3–4 miles from the end. Parking at the Seven Sisters car park is noted as costing around £5 per vehicle per day.
