The Painted Cow Run takes place on Saturday 08 August 2026 at Denbies Wine Estate, London Road, Dorking, Surrey RH5 6AA. The course is a loop around the estate measuring 5.3 km ( 3.28 miles ). Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish to form standard distances, including:

Format and entries

This is a timed, lap-based event with an overall time limit of seven hours. There is a flexible 1.5-hour start window rather than a single set start time. The route is off-road trail through the wine estate and is described as undulating and hilly with occasional climbs. Aid station support and same-day results are provided. Digital BIBs and digital finishers certificates are available; athlete profiles are published.

Entry categories and fees listed are: affiliated £37.95, unaffiliated £39.95, and a flat no-medal entry option at £20. Places are described as strictly limited.
