The Richmond Park Half Marathon is a trail half marathon held entirely within Richmond Park on 13 September 2026. The event is organised by 1 Mile 2 Go Events and is UK Athletics affiliated. The advertised entry fee is between £48 and £50. Entrants must be aged between 17 and 99 on the event date.

Course and race details

The route starts and finishes at the Sheen Gate car park area and follows paths and park roads around the interior of Richmond Park. The course includes sections via Richmond Gate, the Tamsin Trail, Dutchess Wood, Spankers Hill Wood, Robin Hood Gate, Broomfield Hill, Kingston Gate, Ham Gate and Petersham Gate, and passes the White Lodge and Ham Gate Pond. Fuel and water stations are noted at Broomfield Hill and Ham Gate, and volunteers will be present on the course. Runners are asked to take care at road crossings, including at Kingston Gate and Ham Gate.

The distance is 13.1 miles (21.1 km). The organiser notes there is a limit on runner numbers. Refunds are not offered; at the race director’s discretion entries may be held for a future event if the event is at least five weeks away.
