Crawley Pretty Muddy 5k

The Crawley Pretty Muddy 5k takes place on Saturday 18 July 2026 at Tilgate Park, Titmus Drive, Crawley, RH10 5PQ. The event uses pathways around Tilgate Lake and the Nature Reserve. The start and finish are on grass on the western side of Tilgate (Campbell's) Lake, down the hill from Tilgate Playground.

Participants climb, crawl and slide around an obstacle course designed for outdoor woodland paths. The route includes a few inclines, declines and uneven surfaces. Start waves are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. To take part in this event participants must be 13 years of age or older.

Entry fees are listed as Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies. Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. The event is not suitable for pushchairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available. Blue Badge parking is provided in Tilgate Car Park with nine accessible spaces and an accessible route of approximately 240 m to the main event site with assistance.

Event support includes a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and online community access. Participants receive a Race for Life medal on completion. A point to point 50 km ultramarathon from Horsham to Brighton seafront on 9 May 2026, featuring multi terrain trails, four feed stations and a 9.5 hour cut off. Individual and two runner relay entries are offered with team prizes.

An inflatable obstacle-course event at Stoke Park, Guildford on 9 May 2026 offering 2.5k, 5k, 10k and 15k lap options with large inflatables, music zones, a finisher medal and family and charity entry choices.

Test your endurance at Stanmer Park by completing 4.167 miles every hour until only one runner remains. This out and back course offers a personal challenge with support facilities and refreshments for all participants.

Riverside lapped races from Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club near Runnymede, with 10 km, half marathon and marathon options along the Thames Path. The marked route includes marshals, a bespoke finisher medal and podium prizes.
