Crawley Pretty Muddy 5k

Crawley Pretty Muddy is a 5k obstacle course at Tilgate Park, Crawley, on Saturday 18 July 2026. Entry fees listed are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. The event is open to participants aged 13 and over.

The course starts and finishes on grass and follows pathways around Tilgate Lake and the Nature Reserve. Participants climb, crawl and slide through obstacles and follow woodland paths that include a few inclines, declines and uneven surfaces. Start times are arranged in staggered waves every 15 minutes to manage course flow; groups should register for the same wave where applicable.

The meeting point is on the western side of Tilgate (Campbell's) Lake, down the hill from Tilgate Playground; the what3words location given is ///nobody.follow.polite. Transport options include several on-site car parks at varying walking distances, local bus services, the nearby Three Bridges train station and bike racks within the park.

Facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Dogs are not permitted on site; bag drop and showers are not provided and the event is not suitable for pushchairs. The event is stated as not suitable for wheelchair users, though Blue Badge parking is available near the park entrance.
