Galloping Grind 10K

Boreham, United Kingdom • 23 Aug 2026

The 4th Galloping Grind 10k trail run

This event is a 10 km trail run held on 23 August 2026. The course follows the original route and is described as predominately anti-clockwise. A route file in GPX format is provided by the organiser.

Carrying a mobile phone and ICE details is compulsory. Race numbers are issued before the event and a start list will be emailed in advance with race number information, maps and a route narrative. Race numbers must be worn on the front, unfolded; manual timing may be used so visible numbers at the finish are necessary for a recorded time.

Parking onsite is limited; marshals will direct parking. The organiser notes car-sharing and cycling as alternatives. A tail jogger will sweep the course and a finish line timer will be in place.

A limited edition event T-shirt is included with entry. After finishing, participants should have their finish time recorded and return their race number at the horsebox to claim a finisher coffee and cake. Results will be posted to the organiser’s website within 48 hours.

Entry places are capped at 30. Non TRA and non UKA members pay a £2 levi. Prices change by specified dates in the organiser information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
